We delivered the Renaissance brand launch at the prestigious 14 Cavendish Square in London's West End. This intimate yet ambitious single-day event brought together key stakeholders for a curated programme spanning breakfast insights, interactive experiences, and an evening celebration. Working closely with the client team, we created a sophisticated production that balanced technical precision with genuine hospitality, transforming the venue into a space that reflected the brand's modern vision.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
Renaissance demanded a seamless, multi-space production that could evolve throughout the day without losing quality or impact. The challenge was significant: coordinate a full technical build across two floors with distinct atmospheres, manage rapid transitions between breakfast service, interactive content capture, and evening entertainment, and maintain broadcast-quality audio and lighting across separate zones while the main forum was being dismantled during the party upstairs. Beyond the logistics, the brand needed an environment that felt considered and cultured, with warm, sophisticated lighting that felt more jazz bar than corporate event.
